Advertisements
All listings may add up to 7 photographs, 2000 characters of descriptive texts and contact details. All listings will be subject to monthly subscription payments through PayPal - FREE trial listings are available. A booking is confirmed by entering into a PayPal subscription; once registration and payment is complete the listing will appear on the website. It is the responsibility of the listing to unsubscribe from PayPal if you no longer wish to advertise with us to ensure no further payments are taken. Lesbianaccommodation.co.uk will not be held liable for any further subscription payments taken as a result of you not unsubscribing from PayPal. Listings may choose to select either standard or premium membership – standard membership means your listing will appear in alphabetical order whereas premium membership ensures your listing will appear at the top of a search. Lesbianaccommodation.co.uk must be informed of any changes to the information you have supplied when registering your listing within the site. All listings must agree to and abide by the privacy policy within the site.
Monthly subscriptions will be taken with payment options consisting of: Standard Listing payments of £1.95 and Premium Listing payments of £9.95.
It is the responsibility of the listing to unsubscribe from PayPal to ensure that no further payments are taken should you no longer wish to advertise with us. Lesbianaccommodation.co.uk will not be held liable as a result of the listing not unsubscribing from PayPal. All details will be kept secure, however in accordance with the Data Protection Act in the event of unauthorised access to data Lesbianaccommodation.co.uk will not be held liable for any loss as a consequence. Lesbianaccommodation.co.uk reserves the right to increase or decrease advertising costs. Fees will not be changed whilst a listing is under contract i.e. if a listing has subscribed through PayPal on a particular tariff this fee will not be changed unless the listing un-subscribes and then wishes to re-subscribe. Please note banner/button advertising is subject to changeable tariffs.
Marketing
Lesbianaccommodation.co.uk accepts advertising campaigns in line with our sites ethos. For example we accept gay friendly hotel listings and lesbian / lesbian friendly services. All advertising campaigns will be viewed by visitors to our site on either our links pages or on our banner advertisements. If you wish to advertise with us please read our ‘Advertising’ link or contact us to discuss our competitive packages. All listings and related adverts must obtain permission from Lesbianaccommodation.co.uk
If you wish to remove an advert please contact us or log into your account and select ‘Delete Listing’. It is the listings responsibility to unsubscribe through PayPal to ensure that no further subscription payments are taken. If a listing is removed during the period of a subscription please note no refunds will be issued. Modifications to Site
Lesbianaccommodation.co.uk may update the terms and conditions at any time therefore anyone agreeing to the terms and conditions and continuing to use the site is responsible for checking for updates regularly. Lesbianaccommodation.co.uk reserves the right to modify the site at any stage. If you have any discrepancies please contact us or withdraw from using the site.
Liability
Lesbianaccommodation.co.uk will not be held responsible for the communication and transaction between listings and site users. Site users are responsible for all communication between themselves and listings in terms of information given, bookings and additional purchases. Likewise all listings are solely responsible for any transactions between themselves and any third party.
This is to acknowledge that all images downloaded and used on this site have been legally purchased through authorised means from official photographic sites. Lesbianaccommodation.co.uk has purchased these images through authorised means and holds appropriate licence to the purchasing of such images in the use of its website. LesbianAccommodation.co.uk stipulates that such images are copyright of these official sites and shall not be used, copied in any form for others use outside of this site. If any users are found to be breaching this copyright LesbianAccommodation.co.uk will report this activity to associated licensing site and the user will be immediately removed from the website."
